Thoughts from Jill, a gifted guest and new friend to Piney Hill

Nestled amid a rolling valley     near the modest town of Luray You'll find a peaceful charming place     to rest and get away! Where mountains adorn horizons     and life is rural still The hospitality is remarkable,     the haven is "PINEY HILL" I wonder how many old souls,     farmers of the land Looked upon these mountainous visions,     standing where I stand.

We appreciate all the guests we have had who are now wonderful new friends we have made!

I had wanted to do something very special for my girlfriend and Piney Hill helped make that happen! "I just came back from another relaxing weekend at the Piney Hill B&B. It is truly one of the most relaxing places on Earth. I am the Membership Director and meeting planner for a non-profit in Washington, DC. I spend much of my time traveling to meetings and conferences across the country. This is the place where I go to unwind, relax, engage in great conversation and enjoy some of the best breakfasts prepared by the inn keepers, Hank and Wiley.

These guys truly made me feel like I was at home. The inn provides great country charm and incredible views of the Shenandoah Valley. The room I and a friend stayed in was spacious and extremely comfortable. They give great directions and recommendations to different restaurants and wineries. This really makes life easier when you are "directions challenged".
